I bought this more than a year ago for 700+ from online and I'm told by the company that the warranty is no good with them because they are only supposed to be sold by dealers. I contacted local dealer and didnt get answers and was not satisfied with that route... this unit is supposed to be great, I cannot smell, my self, i have pets, but I do believe it helps, and I've read a lot of reviews that say it's great...i was recommended it by a person who tests houses for mold, etc.
It's hard to get open to clean the grill because you dont want to break the plastic...but other than that, I'm told if you clean it monthly it will soar.
I hope so as I have a house to get in order to sell, after having two elderly sick dogs. smile.
Do your homework before you buy, I think I read there was some family split up and hostility but it seems the best thing out there for pet odors.
Also, it has a setting for high that you must leave the room for...one of my cats got in the house when I left with this setting on, and he meowed in the upstairs window so it's effective in that way...it disturbs animals so maybe it will disturb mice, too. smile. You must remove all the offensive smelly things and then run it and it should do wonders. Again, I have no sense of smell since birth (thus things build up at my house)
